The hotel location is absolutely amazing, right in front of the plaza and cathedral with a quiet environment for a good night's sleep. The rooms offer a unique experience with a large terrace overlooking the zocalo, although the layout may feel somewhat awkward. The service is top-notch with accommodating staff, especially in valet parking. The dining experience is worth every penny, offering a great selection with park views. The location is unbeatable, being centrally located for easy access to Guanajuato and the local attractions.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, right in front of the main plaza, but the room had a strong smell of dirty carpet and sewer stench, even transferring to the sheets. However, the price was affordable and it did not break the bank.

The room, titled an 'Executive Double Room,' had a strong smell of feet and dirty carpet, along with a noticeable sewer stench. The noise from people walking and talking nearby was a bit intrusive.
